We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivery Delays

Order Marked as Delivered
If your tracking shows your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, local post office, or parcel locker first.

Damages and Issues

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, simply place a new order for the replacement item.
